Biz360 Hires Interactive Marketing Veteran Tony Priore as Chief Marketing Officer

SAN MATEO, Calif. — February 12, 2007 — Biz360® Inc., the leading provider of market intelligence solutions, today announced the appointment of Tony Priore as chief marketing officer (CMO). Mr. Priore will be responsible for all marketing, public relations and product development planning and will be instrumental in expanding the company's product portfolio to deliver long-term client value. His ability to identify and deliver on market demands has led to significant increases in organizational value, including three successful initial public offerings (IPOs). Mr. Priore is a recognized thought leader in the marketing industry and co-authored the first email marketing textbook for marketing professionals, Email Marketing: Using Email to Reach Your Target Audience & Build Customer Relationships. He was named one of the top twenty Internet marketers by Advertising Age in 2000.

"The emergence of social media has turned the main stream media world on its head" said Mr. Priore. "The challenge for marketers today is how to listen and process relevant product and brand messages exchanged by consumers on the Internet. Biz360 makes sense of this noise to help marketers align their product development and communications strategies with their business needs. I believe the company's track record of innovation, superior technology and delivering client value make it well poised to grow and lead in this exciting new marketing channel."

Mr. Priore brings 25 years of branding, product development, interactive marketing and public relations experience with both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) companies to Biz360's management team. He has had notable success in several industries, including consumer-packaged goods and services, retail, financial services, telecom and marketing and data services. He was most recently CMO at uBid.com where he assisted in raising over $50 million in private capital and the subsequent public offering in December 2005 (he also provided the marketing leadership for Yesmail and Peapod through their successful IPOs).

Prior to uBid.com, Mr. Priore was CMO at Rewards Network, Inc. (formerly iDine Rewards Network), a leading publicly held loyalty marketer, where he guided the company through a successful re-branding and helped to grow the business to over $300 million annually. He has also held senior management positions at Experian Marketing Services and Leo Burnett, where he assisted in building the then newly formed direct marketing department into a successful industry competitor.

"Our experience working together has shown me that Tony has an exceptional gift for understanding market needs and crafting solutions that result in the success of the client and the company that employs him," said Brad Brodigan, president and CEO of Biz360. "Tony's comprehensive understanding of the challenges marketers face at both large companies and start-ups will be essential in the development of product and marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of our company."
