Biz360 Announces Information Services Veteran Frank Sammann as Chief Executive Officer

SAN MATEO, Calif. — November 30, 2004 — Biz360® Inc., the industry leader in global reputation and brand analysis, today announced the appointment of Deborah Eastman as chief marketing officer. Ms. Eastman brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and partnership development experience to the Biz360 executive team. Her impressive track record of building long term client relationships will help Biz360 continue to focus on customer needs and deliver increased value. As chief marketing officer, Ms. Eastman will be charged with handling all aspects of Biz360's branding and marketing efforts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Eastman has broken new ground, evangelizing new technology and approaches to drive change while working closely with customers to ensure their success. Before joining Biz360, Ms. Eastman served as a vice president and managing director at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) where she held a number of global leadership positions, including BearingPoint's marketing and brand development and the global account program. As the consulting arm of KPMG split from the partnership, she was responsible for setting up much of the marketing infrastructure and establishing the organization's initial brand guidelines. With a strong focus on customer success, Ms. Eastman also built the company's first customer loyalty program to give clients a voice for increasing the value received from their consulting services.

In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Eastman built and managed a number of strategic partnerships for BearingPoint, including Cisco, Hewlett-Packard and Siebel. In 2000, Consulting Magazine named Ms. Eastman one of the top consultants of the year for her efforts in building a strategic partnership with Cisco Systems that generated a $1B investment.
