Biz360 Announces 5x24 Global Service Response

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — January 28, 2010 — Biz360® Inc., the leading provider of social media monitoring and market intelligence solutions, is now offering 24-hour customer support throughout the business week for all clients. Clients in any location can submit questions to the recently launched Community Portal at all times during the business week, where trained Biz360 agents review and respond to each request.

The Community Portal is staffed from 8:00 am Monday morning for those in Asia, through 5:00 pm Friday for domestic Pacific coast clients. “We are providing this service in response to the needs of our global clients, because we want to continue being leaders in the global media analysis space. We support some of the largest global brands doing measurement today. Our largest clients each exceed 100 users in over 20 countries with 16 languages in their account,” said CEO Brad Brodigan. “Now all of our clients can take full advantage this superior service, along with many of the other features designed for enterprise clients, at no additional cost to them,” continued Brodigan.
