Brad
most recently comes
from NextWave Media
Group, which is
among the fastest
growing firms in
online advertising.
As senior vice
president, he was
responsible for
establishing the
key building blocks
the organization
required in order
to achieve rapid
growth.
Prior
to NextWave Media
Group, Brad spent
three years with
The Gallup Organization,
where he specialized
in helping business
leaders from the
Fortune 500 develop
strategies to measure
and manage internal
and external perception.
He received Gallup's
Partner of the
Year Award for building a multi-million dollar management consulting division.
Brad has also held senior executive sales positions at Monster, Inc. and Yesmail,
a CMGI company, where he was responsible for devising sales strategies, creating
high-profile client relationships and consolidating the sales divisions of
acquired businesses. The substantial revenue increases he achieved at Yesmail
resulted in a successful IPO and a subsequent sale of the company to CMGI in
2000.

Bill Elmore

Elmore, is the

for Venture Capitalists,
and in his role
as a director of
the National Venture
Capital Association,
Bill is actively
involved in defining,
serving and representing the interests of the venture capital and private equity
industries.

Tom Furlong
Tom
Furlong is a managing
director at Granite
Ventures in July
2000, after a successful

Valley that most

as Vice President
and General Counsel
at Zhone Technologies,
a communications
equipment provider.
Prior
to Zhone, Tom was
a partner with
the leading emerging
growth company
law firm of Gray
Cary Ware & Freidenrich, where he spent 13 years counseling technology companies, venture
capitalists and
investment banks.
His clients included
Adobe, Applied
Signal, Ascend
Communications,
Datapath, Network
General, Silicon
Spice, SynOptics, Vantive, and Visigenic. While at Gray Cary, Tom was also a manager of their investment
partnerships and
sponsored several
profitable investments.
Tom began working
with Granite Ventures
in 1988 and worked
closely with Adobe
Ventures. His many
years spent working with a wide variety of technology companies gives him a diverse industry network
and makes him a
strong and trusted
advisor to his
portfolio companies.
He focuses his

audience measurement
and analysis.

Frank prepared
the firm for

successful IPO.
At
Decisive Technology,
Frank served
as president

executive officer.
Tasked with
restarting the
company,
Frank oversaw
new product
development,
added new key
customers
and restored
the firm's
financial performance.
His
efforts resulted
in a merger
with
MessageMedia
(Nasdaq: MESG).
Frank's
experience also
includes
leadership
positions
at Dataquest,
Conner Peripherals
and JTS Corporation,
where he
