Brad Brodigan

Brad Brodigan's appointment as President and CEO of Biz360 in the latter part of 2006 comes at a crucial time when media and information on the Internet is changing the way that public perception and opinions about companies, brands and trends are formed. His broad experience in management, consulting, sales and marketing over 15 years provide the foundation for leading Biz360's management team in developing market intelligence solutions for Global 2000 companies in this new era of communication.

Brad most recently comes from NextWave Media Group, which is among the fastest growing firms in online advertising. As senior vice president, he was responsible for establishing the key building blocks the organization required in order to achieve rapid growth.

Prior to NextWave Media Group, Brad spent three years with The Gallup Organization, where he specialized in helping business leaders from the Fortune 500 develop strategies to measure and manage internal and external perception. He received Gallup's Partner of the Year Award for building a multi-million dollar management consulting division.
Brad has also held senior executive sales positions at Monster, Inc. and Yesmail, a CMGI company, where he was responsible for devising sales strategies, creating high-profile client relationships and consolidating the sales divisions of acquired businesses. The substantial revenue increases he achieved at Yesmail resulted in a successful IPO and a subsequent sale of the company to CMGI in 2000.

Brad graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and business.

Bill Elmore

Biz360 Board member, Bill Elmore, is the also the founder of Foundation Capital, which he established in 1995, to continue his long history of building strong organizations from the inside. In addition to Biz360, Bill is currently serving on the board of directors for Commerce One (CMRC), Onyx Software (ONXS), Wind River Systems (WIND), Atheros Communications, gForce Systems, Packet Design, Qstrategies, Shoreline Communications, TeaLeaf Technology, and Wherenet.

Before Foundation Capital, Bill was a General Partner at Inman & Bowman for eight years, and before that, Bill worked as the president of Visual Engineering, a graphics software supplier, and in a variety of key marketing management roles at Hewlett-Packard.

As director and past president of the Western Association for Venture Capitalists, and in his role as a director of the National Venture Capital Association, Bill is actively involved in defining, serving and representing the interests of the venture capital and private equity industries.

In addition to an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Bill holds a BSEE and MSEE from Purdue University.

Sharon Wienbar

Sharon invests in mobile, internet, and enterprise software companies at Scale Venture Partners, which she joined in 2001. Sharon sits on the Boards of Bellamax, Biz360, Facetime Communications, Glu Mobile, MerchantCircle, PlayPhone, Reply!com and Waterfront Media.

Prior to Scale VP, Sharon spent 15 years at Critical Path, Amplitude Software, Adobe Systems and Bain & Company. Among her varied responsibilities, she directed marketing strategies and operations, integrated product and service businesses following acquisitions, managed the application of technology to Pacific Rim and European markets, and negotiated complex intellectual property licenses.

Sharon holds a BA and MA in Engineering from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Sharon also serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Myelin Repair Foundation.

Tom Furlong

Tom Furlong is a managing director at Granite Ventures in July 2000, after a successful career in Silicon Valley that most recently saw him as Vice President and General Counsel at Zhone Technologies, a communications equipment provider.

Prior to Zhone, Tom was a partner with the leading emerging growth company law firm of Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, where he spent 13 years counseling technology companies, venture capitalists and investment banks. His clients included Adobe, Applied Signal, Ascend Communications, Datapath, Network General, Silicon Spice, SynOptics, Vantive, and Visigenic. While at Gray Cary, Tom was also a manager of their investment partnerships and sponsored several profitable investments. Tom began working with Granite Ventures in 1988 and worked closely with Adobe Ventures. His many years spent working with a wide variety of technology companies gives him a diverse industry network and makes him a strong and trusted advisor to his portfolio companies. He focuses his investments in software.

Tom currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Biz360, Digital Fountain, Skytide and TuVox. Prior investments include Kinecta (acquired by Stellent) and Five Across (acquired by Cisco.)

Tom holds a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from Northwestern University.

You Mon Tsang

He is CEO and Founder of Boxxet, which brings together the "best of" news, blogs, photos, gear, services and much more on people's favorite subjects.

Prior to founding Biz360, You Mon ran the product management group at Brio Technology. You Mon was also the CEO and founder of Milktruck LLC, an Internet pioneer in developing offline browsing and "push" software.

Before arriving in Silicon Valley, You Mon was an urban planner, managing the "New Directions for the Bronx" program, a public-participation plan for New York City's poorest county.

He holds a bachelor's in urban studies from Yale University and master's degree in business administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Nick Halsey

A co-founder of Biz360, Nick Halsey has served on its board of directors since the company's inception. Nick has over 20 years of experience in the high technology sector, and is currently servicing as vice president of sales and marketing at Open Source software pioneer SpikeSource Inc. Prior to SpikeSource, Nick was the senior vice president of sales and marketing at Alphablox Corporation, a leading provider of business intelligence software, until its sale to IBM in July 2004. Nick was also a co-founder and Managing Director of Rostrevor Partners, a consulting and investment firm specializing in strategic and financial services for high technology companies. His previous industry experience includes: President and CEO of Searchbutton Inc., a corporate search technology company; various executive positions at Brio Software including founding VP of sales, VP of marketing and VP of worldwide channel sales and business development; Manager of enterprise marketing at Apple Computer, and Director of marketing and business development at Blaze Software. Nick received his B.A. in Computer Science and Political Science from Stanford University, and currently serves on the boards of Biz360 Inc., Pria Diagnostics, and HiBEAM, a non-profit high technology incubator.

Frank Sammann

Biz360 Board member Frank Sammann joined Biz360 at the end of 2004, solidifying Biz360's management team at a period of expanded opportunity. Throughout his career, Mr. Sammann has helped growing companies reach their financial goals and capture market leadership.

Prior to joining Biz360, Frank was responsible for building the North American Sales and Customer Support Team for Nielsen NetRatings, a leading provider of internet audience measurement and analysis. As executive vice president of worldwide sales, Frank prepared the firm for a successful IPO.

At Decisive Technology, Frank served as president and chief executive officer. Tasked with restarting the company, Frank oversaw new product development, added new key customers and restored the firm's financial performance. His efforts resulted in a merger with MessageMedia (Nasdaq: MESG).

Frank's experience also includes leadership positions at Dataquest, Conner Peripherals and JTS Corporation, where he has been responsible for creating, executing and managing global marketing and sales strategies. At each post, Frank significantly increased sales revenue, driving double digit growth.

Frank graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and a minor in marketing.
