industry. In his past positions, Pat has been acknowledged for

customer satisfaction while lowering operational costs.
Pat has led large mature organizations and
has been responsible
for launching new operations that were nationwide
in scope. He
has a wide range
of experience including
strategic planning,
customer facing
roles, engineering
management, program
management, contract/vendor
management and
financial management.
Pat's
experience with
telecommunications
leaders AT&T, NorthPoint Communications and SBC have provided him with an extensive range
of client-based
experiences, giving
him the ability
to understand their
needs and deliver
innovative and
reliable solutions
to their unique
challenges. His
demonstrated ability
to exceed service
expectations, including
streamlining implementation
schedules and improving
service reliability,
